Chicken Artichoke from June Blackburn

CHICKEN ARTICHOKE   by June Blackburn (Haury & Smith agent)
1 #2 can artichoke hearts
1 8 oz. can mushrooms (or use fresh)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup deboned chicken or chicken breast
grated cheddar cheese and bacon bits
Mix all ingredients together except cheese and bacon and place in baking dish.  Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  This is great for brunches!  Serves 4 -6 and can be easily doubled or tripled.
